Dr. Hassan El-Nomany, President of Sohag University, signed a cooperation protocol with the Future Generation International School, represented by Mr. Ahmed Helmy El-Sherif, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Future Generation Educational Services Group, with the aim of cooperating in the field of training and professional development of human cadres, within the framework of the university’s interest in community participation.
In the presence of Dr. Abdel Nasser Youssef and Dr. Khaled Omran, Vice Presidents of the University, Dr. Hussein Taha, Dean of Faculty of Education, Dr. Mohamed Abdel Wahab, Vice Dean for Community Service Affairs, and a number of members of the school’s Board of Directors.
Al-Nomany emphasized that the university is considered a house of expertise that supports all educational institutions in the governorate by providing an educational and training environment to raise the professional competence of the staff
This is in line with the Egyptian state’s interest in education issues, building a new generation capable of change, and integrating the educational services provided to them.
Mr. Ahmed Helmy El-Sherif expressed his thanks and appreciation to the University President for his tireless efforts and achievements on the university grounds, which is a beacon of science and education in Upper Egypt, and his keenness to facilitate all procedures for the school to communicate with the scientific departments within the university, to provide scientific advice and the practical side of scientific research and projects to raise the scientific and academic level of the student in the field of scientific research, he added that the protocol stipulates the provision of staff members from faculty of Education to carry out the training process in the training programs that are agreed upon, and the provision of lecturers from the university in the specializations of mathematics, science and English language, and the enrollment of school members in any training programs offered by the university to its students while providing them with the necessary technical support, and granting them the necessary accredited certificates.
The signing of the protocol was attended by Mahmoud Al-Rashidi, Deputy Director of the Future Generation Schools in Sohag, Heidi Gamal, Director of the Future Generation Schools in Sohag, Ahmed Ghanem, Director of the American Department, and Ahmed Fathy, Director of the Languages Department.
