Prof. Mustafa Abdel-Khalek, the President of the University, witnessed the activities of the scientific workshop organized by the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Faculty of Medicine on placenta accreta, in the presence of Prof. Magdy Amin El-Kady, the dean of Faculty of Medicine, Prof. Salah Roshdy, Vice Dean for Postgraduate Studies and Research Affairs, and Prof. Salah Mohamed Rashid, Head of Department Obstetrics and gynecology.
Prof. Mostafa Abdel-Khalek said that the university is keen to organize all events and training courses throughout the year, with the aim of preparing highly qualified and skilled doctors in line with recent developments and advanced levels of training in the world, enabling them to take responsibility for addressing health problems and controlling them in the future.
Prof. Magdy Al-Qadi explained that the activities of the workshop lasted for two days, and a group of professors of obstetrics and gynecology from the universities of Sohag, Minya, Assiut and Cairo participated in it, in the presence of more than 150 doctors and obstetricians and gynecologists from various hospitals in the governorate, stressing the keenness of the college to organize these events throughout the year to exchange experiences and knowledge in order to provide distinguished medical service to patients.
