Sohag University President witnesses the Opening of the Activities of the Sixth International Scientific Conference on Artificial Intelligence and its Role in Nursing Education and Practice

Dr. Hassan Al-Noamany, President of Sohag University, witnessed the opening of the activities of the sixth international scientific conference organized by Faculty of Nursing, entitled (Artificial Intelligence in Nursing “Education and Practice”), in the presence of Dr. Khaled Omran, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, and Dr. Ghona Abdel Nasser, Dean of the Faculty, the President of the Conference, Dr. Nadia Saleh, Vice Dean of the faculty for Graduate Studies and the Conference Rapporteur, and Major General Tariq Hafez, Director of University Security.

Dr. Alaa Ghaleb, President of Students for Egypt team, a group of faculties deans, staff members, department heads, and unit directors, and the honorable presence of professors, specialists, and researchers, representatives of nursing faculties in the Egyptian, Arab, and foreign universities. At the beginning of his opening speech, Dr. Hassan

Al-Nomany welcomed the university’s distinguished guests participating in the conference’s activities from inside and outside Egypt and the Arab world, praising the topic adopted by the conference this year related to artificial intelligence and its role in nursing education, as the file of artificial intelligence and its uses in the higher education and Scientific research system is fundamental with great interest from the political leadership, to achieve the goals of sustainable development and Egypt’s Vision 2030, adding that artificial intelligence represents a revolution in the field of nursing and provides powerful tools to improve health care provided to patients.
