Prof. Hassan Al-Noaman, President of Sohag University, inspected the progress of work at Faculty of Education at the university’s new headquarters, accompanied by Prof. Khaled Abdel Latif Omran, Vice President of the University for Environmental Affairs and Community Service, Profr. Imad Samuel, Supervisor of the faculty, the faculty’s deputies and a number of staff members.
Moreover Alnoman met with a number of students and urged them to participate in all events, activities and student unions
He also directed to increase the efforts of the university and students in eradicating illiteracy in cooperation with the General Authority of Adult Education and the participation of students in the convoys organized by the university and presidential initiatives, in order to activate the university’s role in serving the external community.
Prof. Imad Samuel added that the university president followed the students’ attendance at lectures in the second week of the first semester, and made sure that there were no obstacles threatening the progress of the educational process, in addition to knowing the suitability of classrooms and the modern educational
Alnoman also listened to a number of proposals from students and he promised to implement them as soon as possible.
