Al-Noamany meets the Patients at Sohag University Hospital to determine their Medical Needs and the Treatment Services provided to them

Dr. Hassan Al-Noamany, President of Sohag University, visited the University Hospital in the old headquarters, as part of his keenness to follow up the progress of work in the field and ensure the level of medical services provided to patients, accompanied by Dr. Magdy El-Kady, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Major General Tariq Hafez, Director General of the University Security Administration and a number of doctors and hospital workers.

Dr. Hassan Al-Noamany pointed out that the large demand of patients at Sohag University Hospitals from various governorates of Upper Egypt is evidence of the importance of its role and the extent of patients’ confidence in it and the therapeutic services it provides, and its prominent and professional role in performing complex surgeries in delicate medical specialties, which has made the occupancy rate high in most of them exceed 100%,In addition to its role in implementing various presidential initiatives to treat patients, represented by 100 million health care, eliminating Virus C, ending waiting lists, women’s health, and others, in addition to participating and contributing an effective and significant role in the Decent Life Initiative to achieve comprehensive development, through the launch of free medical convoys to the towns and villages that provide primary care, and to provide therapeutic services to the people at the highest level of quality. Al-Namani confirmed that the university is on its way to implementing the Medical City project by establishing a number of university hospitals in New Sohag City, which will be built on an area of ​​17 acres, to serve as a medical complex with integrated medical and therapeutic services for patients from the people of Upper Egypt, which includes many hospitals in all specialties, such as Burns Hospital
