The Activities of the Authority:

1-Hosting the guests, arranging their residence, means of transport and the meals and reserving the departure tickets.

2- Organizing and holding the seminars and the discussions of the Master and the PHD degrees.

3-Establishing and strengthening ties between the university and other bodies related to the university.

4-Consolidating and strengthening the relationship between the university and other interests and bodies that have a relationship with the university.

5-Taking administrative measures related to the affairs of university visitors, including accommodation, catering, and organizing private and public meetings and parties to achieve the purpose of the visit.

6–Taking procedures for the university’s participation in public events at the local and Arab levels.

Third: Services provided by the Public Relations and Media Department

1-Preparing press conferences held at the university by communicating with all media agencies to cover them in the media.

2- Media coverage of all events celebrated by the university.

3-Preparing bulletins and brochures issued by the university and issuing the university magazine.

4-Documenting all the work and activities of the university

5-Drafting a press release that is presented to various media outlets
