With deep sorrow and grief, the Sohag University Council, headed by Dr. Hassan El-Nomany, President of the University, mourns the passing of Engineer Ruqayya Al-Hilali, Member of Parliament, who passed away a short while ago.
Al-Nomany expressed his condolences to the family of the deceased and the House of Representatives, considering her a successful female leader in the Egyptian parliament.
