Dr. Hassan Al-Noamany, President of Sohag University, confirmed that in continuation of the Egyptian efforts to provide relief to injured Palestinians and alleviate their suffering, Sohag University Hospitals receives the wounded and injured coming from the Gaza Strip to receive treatment for free, in implementation of the directives of President Sisi and his continued humanitarian efforts to support the Palestinian people since the beginning of the crisis.
Al-Numany explained that the Ministry of Higher Education, led by Dr. Ayman Ashour, has developed an integrated plan for university hospitals in various parts of the Republic to provide all types of medical and logistical support to all injured Palestinians in the Gaza Strip, which includes providing the necessary treatment for emergency cases, in addition to providing physical therapy and specialized health care for patients suffering from serious or chronic injuries.
