Dr. Hassan El-Nomany, President of Sohag University, witnessed the closing ceremony of the Khair Baladna exhibition to support 2,500 male and female students, which was organized by the university in cooperation with the main Sharia Association, in the presence of Dr. Khaled Omran and Dr. Abdel Nasser Youssef, Vice Presidents of the University, Dr. Mustafa Ismail, Secretary General of the Association, and Counselor Hassan Sabry, Deputy Secretary General, Counselor Hassan Sabry, Deputy Secretary-General, Accountant Ashraf Al-Qadi, Secretary-General of the University, Dr. Mohamed Kamal, Coordinator of Student Activities, and Dr. Ahmed Atef, Director of Central Youth Care, at the International Conference Center at the new university headquarters. Al-Nomany stressed at the beginning of his speech that the directives of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi always emphasize the necessity of providing all forms of support to the most vulnerable groups, and providing a decent life for the Egyptian people. Therefore, the university is constantly striving, within the framework of the presidential initiative “Bidaya” to build the human being, which was launched by the President.
Al-Nomany thanked all the attendees of the Sharia Association and the efforts made in implementing the exhibition, which cost 15 million pounds, including high-quality clothes and famous brands, in addition to fabrics, shoes and furniture.
He appreciated the services and charitable projects provided by the Association, which are increasing year after year throughout the Republic to serve the families most in need of care.
In his speech, Al-Nomany stressed that the support provided to our students, whether it is paying tuition fees, medical expenses, or financial and in-kind aid, is for the sake of our country.
He praised the spirit of belonging and loyalty that characterizes the university students, and his confidence in their patriotism, and their support and standing behind the political leadership to achieve more successes and accomplishments for our country.
