Sohag University organizes a Visit for its Students to the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization to watch the Great History of Egypt

The Team of Students for Egypt at the Faculties of Veterinary Medicine and Arts at Sohag University organized a student visit to the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization in Fustat, with the participation of 100 male and female students, with the aim of introducing the students to the greatness of Egyptian civilization, and raising their tourism and archaeological awareness.Dr. Hassan Al-Nomani, the university’s president, explained that the university is keen to organize such various student visits to museums and archaeological areas, which include unique archaeological collections that tell the history of Egyptian civilization throughout the ages, adding that the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization is considered one of the most important national projects undertaken recently by the Egyptian state to become one of the largest museums of civilization in Egypt and the Middle East.Dr. Alaa Ghaleb, head of the Students for Egypt family, confirmed that this visit comes within a series of visits organized by the Students for Egypt family to increase their affiliation and loyalty to the homeland and build their awareness to keep pace with changes and challenges to become good and distinguished citizens, in addition to introducing them to the efforts made by the state in the development process and construction, in order to achieve a better future for them and for their children after them, adding that the visit also included a visit to the area of ​​the pyramids in Giza, Al-Mu’izz and Al-Hussein, and a visit to Fayoum Governorate, where they visited the Wadi Al-Rayyan Reserve and the Tunis Resort. The trip was supervised by Dr. Ahmed Abdel Hafeez, assistant lecturer at faculty of Veterinary Medicine.
