Dr. Hassan Al-Noamani, President of Sohag University, received in his office Dr. Salem Al-Harishi, President of Sabratha University in Libya, and his accompanying delegation, in the presence of the accountant Ashraf Al-Qadi, Secretary-General of the University, Major General Tariq Hafez, Director of University Security, and Dr. Yasser Refaat, Director of the international Department at the University.
At the beginning of the meeting, Dr. Hassan Al-Noamani appreciated the academic and scientific cooperation between Sohag University and the University of Sabratha, stressing that the university is keen to continue bilateral relations between the two countries, develop ways of cooperation and exchange of experiences in various scientific and research fields, and provide all forms of support to the various sectors of Sabratha University to transfer and exchange experiences and enhance research and professional skills, adding that the university administration is exerting great efforts to ensure the provision of distinguished educational services to foreign students, and to provide the necessary facilities to complete the study procedures for them, in addition to providing a suitable living environment and integrated residential accommodation, so that they feel comfortable and reassured within the university, and to be the best ambassadors for Egypt. In their country.
Dr. Salem Al-Harishi expressed his happiness at being in this ancient university edifice known for its excellence and high scientific level among Egyptian universities, praising the fruitful and honorable cooperation with the university, wishing more communication and partnership to build bridges of scientific and cultural cooperation between educational institutions in Egypt and Libya.
