Dr. Hassan Al-Noamani, President of Sohag University, stated that the university is in the process of establishing the Real Estate Registration and Documentation Office, in the new headquarters of the university, based on the university’s societal role in facilitating all services for its employees, including staff members, students, and the administrative staff.
In this context, Dr. Hassan Al-Noamani met with Counselor Ahmed Al-Tahtawi, member of the technical office of the Assistant Minister of Justice for Real Estate Registration and Documentation Affairs and the supervisor of Sohag Governorate, in the presence of Dr. Khaled Omran, Vice President of the University for community service and environmental development affairs, accountant Ashraf El-Kady, Secretary-General of the University, Karam Mohamed Breidi, Secretary of the Office of the Undersecretary in Sohag.
Al-Noamani confirmed that within the framework of the directives of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, President of the Republic, to expand the establishment of service centers and offices and mechanize them to facilitate the lives of citizens, and in cooperation with the Ministry of Justice, led by Counselor Omar Marwan, Minister of Justice, a headquarters was allocated to establish the office at the new university headquarters to conduct all types of documentation transactions, in a manner consistent with Procedures and law, in order to help university employees complete their transactions in one step and within minutes.
Dr. Khaled Omran explained that the Real Estate Registration and Documentation Office comes as a continuation of the university’s service offices, adding that the office’s headquarters will be equipped with the computers, connected to a strong Internet network, in order to connect electronically to the Egypt Digital Portal system, to make services available easily and smoothly.
