Prof. Hassan Al-Noamani, President of Sohag University, called all university employees to participate in the upcoming presidential elections, considering that the election is one of the constitutional rights and comes to consolidate the democratic values .
This came during the “Your Voice, Your Future -” symposium” which was attended by Major General Hafez Mahmoud Hassan, Assistant Minister of Financial and Administrative Affairs at the Ministry of Industry, former Deputy Chairman of the Operations Authority of the Armed Forces and National Security Expert, at the International Conference Center on the new campus.
Al-Numani stressed that series of awareness seminars launched by the university about the necessity of participating in voting in the 2024 presidential elections witnessed a great interaction and turnout from the students and all university employees, during which awareness was raised about the importance of young people exercising their political rights, which has become an urgent necessity during this period.
During the symposium, Major General Hafez Hassan reviewed the importance of participating in the upcoming electoral entitlement, and being present in the polling stations and at the electoral committees on December 10-11-12, 2023.
