Prof Hassan Al-Noaman, Sohag University President, witnessed the launching ceremony of the “ICESCO Year of Youth”, which was held under the patronage of President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi, President of the Republic.
The ceremony was opened by Dr. Mustafa Madbouly, Prime Minister, on behalf of the President of the Republic, in the presence of Dr. Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Research. Al-Alami, Dr. Salem bin Muhammad Al-Malik, Director General of the Islamic World Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ISESCO), and a number of ministers of Islamic countries, ambassadors, university presidents and youth from Egypt and countries of the Islamic world, in the New Administrative Capital.
Alnoman pointed out that Dr. Ayman Ashour stressed that the four basic axes of ISESCO, which include (education, science and technology, social and human sciences, and culture), are in harmony with the national strategy for higher education and scientific research that was launched last March, which includes 7 Main principles are (integration, interdisciplinary, communication, effective participation, sustainability, international reference, innovation and entrepreneurship)
