Launching the activities of the Scout Camp for Physical Education Students at Sohag University

Faculty of Physical Education at Sohag University will open next Saturday the scout training camp for students of the third year, which will continue from 20 to 29 March, and will be held in the university playgrounds in the girls’ dormitories

Dr. Ahmed Aziz, President of the University, confirmed that the aim of the camp is to prepare scout leaders and female guides, and to equip Participating students number of  skills and experiences

As the scouting activity is very important in developing proper behavior, instilling a spirit of volunteerism and love of work, and creating harmony and love among scouts, within an institutional framework and under the supervision of a group of trainers and specialists in various fields.

Dr. Safa Mahmoud Al-Sayed, Vice President of the University for Education and Student Affairs, explained that all precautionary measures have been taken to prevent the emerging corona virus

This is in order to ensure health and safety of all camp participants, adding to that the camp will be implemented without overnighting, taking into account social distancing, conducting daily
