Dr. Hassan Al-Nu’many, President of Sohag University, congratulated Dr. Mohamed Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and Dr. Mustafa Rifaat, Secretary of the Supreme Council of Universities, on the occasion of obtaining the international conformity certificates (ISO).
As the first national entity in Egypt to obtain this accreditation from the National Accreditation Council (EGAC), including the ISO 37000:2021 Corporate Governance Certificate and the ISO 30401:2018 Knowledge Management System Certificate,
Al-Nu’many praised the outstanding efforts made by the Supreme Council of Universities in developing the university system and enhancing the quality of educational and administrative services.
He stressed that this achievement reflects a clear vision towards developing and raising the level of higher education in Egypt, and embodies the Council’s keenness to adopt the best international practices, consolidate the principles of governance, and enhance the efficiency of institutional performance according to modern methodologies.
