The administrative body of the unit was formed by Resolution No. 291 dated 6/23/2003.
The formation of the administrative apparatus has been modified during the past years, and the last reconfiguration was by Resolution No. 8 on 1/3/2001.
– The Project Management Unit, during the period from the date of its inception until now, has obtained a project from the projects funded by:
1- The International Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the European Union.
2- The European Union “Temps”.
3- The Ministry of Higher Education “through the Investment Bank”.
4- STDF Science and Technology Fund.
Since its inception, the unit has contributed to the development of the university’s work through its various projects.
– Through its outputs, it contributed to the mechanization and development of the university’s administrative work, for example, the administrative work has been developed in the university’s student affairs departments, postgraduate studies, personnel affairs, and controls.
The administrative work in university cities has also been developed through the management information systems project, one of the unit’s projects, to allow the progress of university cities electronically through the university city system.
– The unit has been equipped with the latest automated mechanization systems, allowing the development and mechanization of administrative work in the unit, as the unit’s equipment includes:
* Computer devices to me.

* Color printers, fax machine.
* Direct phone.
* Photocopier.
Internet points.
* Meeting table.
