Sohag University empolyees Union announced the organization of Umrah trips for the “Noble Prophet’s Birthday,” starting next October 10, at a total cost of 26,000 thousand pounds, through a system of facilitation and installments for members of the union and employees at Sohag University.
The system will be a cash payment of 16,000 pounds as an advance and is due for payment.
Mr. Ahmed Al-Arif Shiha, Head of the Workers Syndicate, stated that organizing the Umrah trip comes within the framework of the Board of Directors’ keenness to meet the desire of many workers to perform “Umrah rituals” with comfortable methods of payment, with a total cost of 26,000 thousand pounds, of which 62% is in cash and the rest is 38% in installments over 10 months without interest, taking into account global economic conditions, and on the other hand, increasing religious motivation, getting closer to God, and enjoying the spirituality of these holy places.
Mr Ahmed Karim, Secretary General of the Syndicate, said that the duration of the trip is 14 days, including 4 nights in Medina and 10 nights in Mecca, and what distinguishes the trip is the accompaniment of one of the distinguished sheikhs from the scholars of Al-Azhar Al-Sharif to explain the rituals of Umrah and respond to all inquiries, as well as the presence of a supervisor from the syndicate members to facilitate all procedures and assist those in need of assistance throughout the Umrah period.
