Prof. Hassan Al-Noamani, Sohag University presdient, stated that Shifa Children’s Hospital is one of the modern hospitals gifted by President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, President of the Republic, to work as a specialized hospital to serve the children of Sohag Governorate and neighboring governorates.
Al-Noamani confirmed that during his inspection tour to follow up the final preparations of the hospital in New Sohag City, that the hospital is one of the smart hospitals that will provide advanced services and systems for pediatric patients, and will include a number of advanced devices, intensive care, incubators, and all medical and therapeutic equipment. It will also help in completing waiting lists.
This is in accordance with international standards and the highest levels of quality, stressing that this hospital is an integrated medical institution that covers comprehensive health care for the children of Upper Egypt.
During his tour, the University President was accompanied by prof. Abdel Nasser Yassin, Vice President of the University for Education and Student Affairs, prof. Khaled Omran, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, the accountant Ashraf Al-Qadi, Secretary-General of the University, prof. Magdy Al-Qadi, Dean of Faculty of Medicine, and a number of engineers from the companies implementing the project. .
