Dr. Hassan Al-Noamany, President of Sohag University, chaired the work of the Standing Committee for Leadership Positions and Supervisory Administration at the university, in order to select the Director General of Public Relations and the Secretary of the Faculties of Computers, Artificial Intelligence, and Specific Education.
,in the presence of the members of the committee consisting of Dr. Hassan Al-Nomani, Chairman of the Committee, and the membership of Dr. Abdel Nasser Yassin, Vice President of the University for Student Education Affairs, Dr. Khaled Omran, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, and Dr. Nabil Nour El-Din, former University President, Accountant. Ashraf El-Qadi, Secretary-General of the University, Counselor Mohamed Diaa El-Din, Legal Advisor to the University, and Essam El-Hanawy, Director of the Directorate of Organization and Administration in Sohag.
The university president explained that applicants are evaluated based on several criteria: career history, academic abilities appropriate for the position, the quality of the development proposal, and the availability of personal traits in the candidate such as leadership, assertiveness, and the ability to manage crises, pointing out that the candidates submitted presentations about their CVs and academic qualifications and career progression. The committee also listened to the goals and actual steps that should be achieved to develop performance and improve the quality of work at the university.
