It is required to have an approval to stay in the family’s apartment from the President of the University, and the cost of one bed is 100 pounds with the presence of the following papers (a document proving marriage – copies of the national ID card)
, ** The fee of opening the hall is 300 pounds (three hundred pounds) for the researcher from inside the university and 1000 pounds (one thousand pounds) for the researcher from outside the university, to be paid with an approved receipt.
1- The period of residence does not exceed ten days for the mission, and that period can be exceeded with the approval of Mr. A. D / President of the University
2- Gentlemen wishing to reside in the accommodation shall submit a letter approved by the competent authority explaining the purpose of the mission and the duration of the stay as follows:
* For the members of the teaching staff, their assistants and employees in the colleges, the letter is approved by Mr. Prof. Dr. / Dean of the College
** For the employees working in the university’s departments, the letter is issued by the professor / the university’s secretary
*** For gentlemen working in the hospital departments, the letter is issued by Mr. Prof. / Director General of the hospital
