Prof. Hassan Al-Noamani, President of Sohag University, announced that comprehensive services cards for people with various disabilities will be registered and issued at Nour Al-Basira Center for People with Disabilities at the university, through a joint committee from the Ministry of Social Solidarity and the Egyptian Red Crescent, next Tuesday, corresponding to September 26th.

Al-Nomani confirmed that this comes in implementation of the directives of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi to overcome all difficulties facing people with disabilities and facilitate their easy access to  comprehensive services.

Dr. Imad Al-Sawineh, Director of the Center, added that this service is not only for students of Sohag University, but for all those who wish from the Sohag community (all centers, villages, and hamlets) without being restricted by age or education, stressing the necessity of bringing a medical report that was extracted during the past three years.

Dr. Salma Abdel Moneim, Deputy Director of the Center, explained that in the absence of a medical report, the committee will transfer the person to the appropriate place with an official letter to prepare a medical report for him, noting that the campaign is charged with completing card procedures and registration will be done for free and without any fees.
