The President of the Philippines explained the importance of launching cooperation through the conclusion of memorandums of understanding in the fields of disciplines, through which it is possible to enhance the exchange of professors, encourage student exchange, organize scientific conferences, as well as cooperation in the field of scientific research between the two countries.
