Services of the Medical Administration:

First: The Monthly Treatment Pharmacy: It specializes in dispensing medicines for students who suffer from chronic diseases with medical reports

Second: Daily Therapy Pharmacy: It specializes in dispensing medicines to students who undergo a medical examination in the administration.

Third: Medical analysis laboratory: The medical administration laboratory provides all kinds of medical analyzes for students.

Fourth: Modern analysis equipment. The laboratory performs the following annually:

1- Housing analyzes for students in university dormitories, including drug detection and hepatitis C and B viruses.

2- Analyzes of hepatitis viruses and HIV for students of the Faculty of Nursing and the Institute of Nursing.

3- Performing the required analyzes for public clinics in the medical administration, including (sugar, liver function, kidney function, blood fats, comprehensive urine and stool examination.

4- The laboratory draws the necessary analyzes for immune diseases, tumors, hormones, and PCR analyzes for hepatic viruses.

Fifth: Radiology Department:

1- The department performs ultrasound scans of the abdomen and pelvis.

2- An ultrasound of the heart.

3- Color Doppler scans of the arteries.

4- X-rays.

5- CT scan

6- Magnetic resonance imaging, by transferring to the University Hospital

Sixth: Dental unit

A comprehensive dental unit is being established.

Medical examination and treatment system

 

The student makes a medical examination by the specialist doctor and a report on his condition for chronic diseases such as diabetes, immune diseases, hepatitis viruses, various neurological and psychological diseases, tumors, etc. The specialist doctor prepares a medical report for him and writes the necessary treatment for him monthly for a full academic year, and the report is renewed annually.

The monthly treatment pharmacy dispenses the treatment by sending the orders to the Unified Procurement Authority, and the student pays 10% of the treatment cost.

The student must pay the fees for the academic year, by bringing a card or what proves a payment for the expenses, such as a receipt for paying the fees to obtain a health card.
