The management of post graduate studies, researches and cultural relations

  • Supervise all the missions of the management and follow up the tasks of the employees:
  • 1- prepare timetables and implement the decisions of the committee of the post graduate studies and researches and cultural relations
  • 2- Implement the decision of the faculty council. And revise the incoming and outgoing works
  • 3-Supervise information systems of researches and post graduate studies
  • 4-Supervise implementing exams timetable
  • 5-Implement the tasks of the vice dean of post graduate studies                                                                                                                                           -Revise the duties with the deputy manger

    3-the deputy manager can be charged to represent the management in the meetings

    • Participate in preparing the graduation ceremony
    • Revise all the duties of the management
    • The deputy manager is allowed to supervise all the duties in the case of the manger absence
    • Following all the regulations and instructions of the post graduate studies
    • Create an opinion poll for the of the management

  • Make the annual statistics of the post graduate studies for the central authority for public mobilization and statistics

  • Prepare exams, monitoring and secondment sheets
  • Prepare exams timetable for the post graduate studies
  • Prepare payment receipt for the students certificates
