Dr. Hassan Al-Noamani, President of Sohag University, honored the staff members who passed the sixth session of the unified training program to run for the position of Dean of a faculty\/Institute, which was organized by the University\u2019s Faculty and Leadership Capacity Development Center, in the presence of Dr. Anbar Mahmoud, Director of the Center, and a group of staff members. This is located at the center\u2019s headquarters in the old university campus and work to refine the skills of staff members, prepare academic leaders, and provide them with knowledge and skills related to strategic management and strategic planning, stressing that this program comes within the era of leadership programs provided by the center to achieve the university\u2019s role in preparing and qualifying future leaders while developing and refining the skills of current leaders.<\/p>\n
