Prof. Hassan Al-Noamani, President of Sohag University, confirmed that Sohag University Hospitals enjoy the trust of citizens because of the distinguished health services it provides, in order to carry out its educational and health role to the fullest extent, to contribute to alleviating the suffering of patients and providing distinguished health services to our people in the governorate and neighboring Upper Egypt governorates to provide them with a decent life, in implementation of the directives of President Abdul Al-Fattah Al-Sisi, President of the Republic, stressed the importance of doubling efforts to develop the health system in Egypt, and raising the efficiency of university hospitals, which are considered the locomotive of medical service, to serve all the people of the Egyptian state under the new republic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This came during the University President\u2019s expanded tour of the new university hospital to check the health service provided to patients within the various treatment departments, to ensure the availability of all necessary medical supplies, to check the quality of services provided to patients and patients, and to measure the extent of their satisfaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He was accompanied by the accountant Ashraf El-Qadi, Secretary-General of the University, Dr. Magdy Al-Qadi, Dean of Faculty of Medicine and Chairman of the Board of Directors of University Hospitals, Dr. Ahmed Hamed, Director of the new University Hospital, and Dr. Ahmed Abu Al-Dahab, Deputy Director of the new hospital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Al-Noamani said that the new university hospital is a strong addition to the national projects in the field of the medical sector in Sohag Governorate, which was inaugurated by President Sisi last January, at a total cost of 1.2 billion pounds, which saves the people of Upper Egypt the hardship of traveling to receive treatment in the Lower Egypt governorates, adding it includes 16 operating rooms, 40 reception beds, 78 care beds, 120 inpatient beds, 32 dialysis machines, 52 outpatient clinics, in addition to many departments and specialties that provide the best therapeutic services, at the highest levels of quality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Al-Noamani explained that Sohag University Hospitals spare no effort in ensuring that all modern technical needs are provided, and training on the latest developments that contribute to improving the skills of medical personnel and continuous development in the medical and health fields, within the framework of the societal role that the university plays in serving the community and implementing plans and the vision of the Egyptian state in improving the medical system, praising the regularity of work and the presence of medical staff in their work shifts and the effort made to serve the large number present in the various departments of the hospital.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
