obstacles facing them, to facilitate the educational process and avoid the hardship of going and returning to and from the university headquarters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Prof. Hassan Al-Noaman, Sohag University president, confirmed that President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi, President of the Republic, issued a number of decisions and took several measures that ensured the the rights of people with
