Prof. Hassan Al-Noamani, President of Sohag University, stressed the need to motivate all university employees to participate in voting in the upcoming presidential elections, in order to convey a message to the entire world that we are an effective democratic state whose fate is in the hands of its people, and that Egyptians will participate strongly in decision-making
During the meeting with the deans, Al-Numani directed the importance of urging students, the administrative staff, and staff members in each faculty to truly participate by expressing their opinion within the electoral ballot boxes, in all transparency, adding that the university will provide all the necessary logistical facilities, including buses and others, to transport the international students of the university city to the headquarters of their electoral committees for facilitation.
Student teams will also be formed to organize the movement of all university employees to the polling stations, with complete ease and to prevent any crowding or overcrowding, in addition to providing integrated medical teams from the university hospital to follow up on any emergency cases that may occur during the voting process.
