Sohag University participated in the activities of the Leaders of Change Forum of Egyptian university students, under the slogan of “Support”, which was organized by the Leadership Development Institute under the auspices of Dr. Ayman Ashour ,the minister of higher education, he said that the forum came within the framework of    (Support) initiative launched by the Ministry of Youth and Sports under the leadership of Dr. Ashraf Sobhi, minister of Youth and Sports, and aims to support and encourage youth to dialogue and exchange visions and ideas to create a generation of distinguished and creative youth in various fields.

Prof. Abdel Nasser Yassin, Vice President of Education and Student Affairs, said that the “Support” initiative pays great attention to qualifying young people, empowering them and motivating them to confront societal changes, and encouraging them to find actual solutions to confront these changes, through their participation in those forums that depend on presenting ideas and visions and organizing dialogue meetings with a group of specialized professors and lecturers to prepare youth cadres at the highest level of skill and efficiency
