Today Sohag University begins a training program to qualify candidates for the position of dean of the faculty

Today, Dr. Ahmed Aziz, the president of the University, followed the activities of the training program of the staff members who are willing to nominate for the position of the dean of the faculty, which is organized by the staff members capabilities development center at the university, in the presence of Prof. Ahmed Soliman, Prof. Mustafa Abdel Khaleq, Vice President of the University, and accountant Ashraf El-Qady, acting secretary general of the University.

Aziz said that the training program aims to build the capabilities of staff members in the university leadership and create cadres capable of holding the responsibility

The university president explained that the program trained the participants, the vice-presidents of the university, the secretary-general of the university, the director of the Quality Assurance Center, a specialized group of professors, certified trainers, and quality and human development experts

Dr. Anbar Mahmoud Ahmed, Director of the Center, indicated that the program was attended by 18 trainees from the staff members of the various faculties, explaining that the training included developing the participants’ skills in relation to management and strategic planning, as well as the institutional development of the education and student sectors, postgraduate studies, community service, environment development and international relations.
