Prof Ahmed Aziz, the president of Sohag University, announced the completion of the infrastructure preparation for the first phase of the plan to convert the exams into electronic exams at a cost of 14 million pounds from the university’s resources, and the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology has started supplying the first batch of 557 electronic exams project devices
Dr. Ahmed Suleiman, Vice President for Graduate Studies and Supervisor of the Electronic Services Center, added that during his tour ,accompanied by Dr. Mustafa Abdel Khaleq, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, devices are being installed and internet lines are operating in 8 halls equipped with a high level of technology, with a capacity of Approximately 800 devices, according to the specifications set by the ministry, to be secured against fire and have surveillance cameras and sound systems
