1- The president of the university assigns the appointment of the elections

2-Applying to nomination should be like the template that the university prepares and presented in three copies to the youth care office

3-The dean of the faculty forms a committee to check the nomination applications, the committee consisted of:

Two staff members

The manger of youth care office

Two members from the top ranking students who are nominated

4- The faculty administration announces the names of the fully qualified students

5-Then the appeals accepted

6-The final statement of the nominees is announced

7-The dean forms a number of committees to supervise the elections process, these committees consisted of two of the staff members, one of the youth care employees and one of the non nominated top ranking students

This committee counts votes by the attendance of one representative for every nominee
