-The deadline for abstract submission is 1/8/2010. Only abstracts sent in the deadlines indicated will appear in the abstract book.
-Notification of acceptance will be in a month from sending the abstract.
-Submitted papers will be reviewed by the scientific committee of the conference.

as an attachment file in MS Word format strictly meet the following criteria (please see the template file):

Right click and save target as

*Main Title should be in bold, Time New Roman, font size 14 pt.
*Underneath the title comes the author’s name (s), Time New Roman, bold, font size 12 pt (Name of the presenting author should be underlined).
*Complete affiliation and mailing/postal address of the authors as well as the email address of the presenting author should be mentioned (Time New Roman, font size 12 pt and italic).
*Abstract text should be in Times New Roman font size 12 pt and single line spacing.
*Leave uniform margins of 2.5 cm all around the standard page.
Please rename your abstract word file with your family name.

Poster presentations: Each accepted poster presentation will be displayed along the conference period. Poster size to be around 120 cm (height) x 80 (width) cm.

Oral presentations: Participants, who want to give an oral presentation, should clearly indicate this with the abstract submission. All oral Presentations SHOULD use PowerPoint. Thus, only computers and digital projectors will be allowed in the presentation hall.
