A research under the title "The environmental pollution and the  ways of fighting it" at faculty of veterinary medicine

 Under the patronage of Prof Dr Alaa Zain el-Abdeen, the dean of faculty of veterinary, youth care management announces a research competition under the title" The environmental pollution and the ways of fighting it".

The research comprises these topics;

The sources of the environmental pollution- Air pollution-water pollution-pollution of the soil and food- Effects of pollution on human and animal health and methods and techniques of fighting it.

The winning of the first year students of faculty of veterinary in the final competition of football

 Faculty of veterinary medicine held a final competition in football, on Thursday dated 1/3/2012, between the first, third and fourth year students.

As Mr. Hussein Helmy, the sportive specialist and Mr. Islam Hassan, the sportive specialist at the faculty, arbitrated the match.

This was at the university's play grounds in the hostel of female students.

Worthy mentioning is that the first year students won the competition and they will be promoted to meet other faculties at the level of the university.

 Faculty of veterinary medicine congratulates Doctor"Motamed Essayed Mahmoud"for promoting him as an assistant professor at animal's health department, also it presents congratulations for Doctor (Osama Hassan Abu Shama" for granting him the PHD degree at microbiology department in the veterinary medical sciences and also Doctor "Ahmed Mahmoud Osman", a demonstrator at poultry diseases department and Doctor Haytham Helmy Sayed,in the microbiology department in the veterinary medical sciences for granting them  the masters degrees, wishing them more success.  

Cultural information tournament and the ideal student competition at the faculty

Cultural information tournament was held in December this year, the third year team at the faculty won the competition and got financial prizes.

The ideal student's competition and a cultural competition in novel, poetry and essay will hold soon for the students of the faculty.
